New Construction

We encourage you to bring a set of plans and anything that inspires you, whether it’s magazine clippings or a favorite piece of art. Every kitchen should have a personality that reflects your style and your home, and we’ll work with you to discover what that looks like and how to bring it to life. During this meeting, we’ll also discuss your expectations, budget, and appliance needs. You’ll be introduced to our semi-custom and full custom cabinet lines, and we’ll send you home with a comprehensive packet of literature to review at your convenience.

This is the fun part! During this phase, you and your designer will adjust the presented plan to make it truly yours in every respect. You may revise the basic shape and traffic flow, the appearance of the cabinets, and specialized functions and storage options, all while staying on budget. Cabinetry style and color will be finalized along with your appliance selections, and we will provide specific lighting suggestions to enhance your space. Your builder is welcome to join these meetings so they can stay fully informed throughout the process.

During this presentation, we will review the plans and sketches for your proposed spaces and share pricing details for you and your builder. By the end of our meeting, you should feel confident and informed to make your purchasing decision.

Auer Kitchens services all warranties for your kitchen, except for appliances. We provide a one-year warranty on the workmanship and materials we supply, effective from your project’s completion date. Our cabinetry typically carries a 10-year warranty, and many parts come with a lifetime warranty.
